Crochet "V" stitch

This stitch pattern is written in American terms.
V stitch = dc, ch 2, dc all in same stitch
Ch = chain
Dc = double crochet
Sk = skip
St = stitch

Make a starting chain in multiples of 3 stitches.

Row 1: V stitch in the 6th chain from hook ( beginning chain counts as a dc), *skip next 2 ch, V stitch in next chain,* repeat from  * across to last 3 chains, sk next 2 chains and end the row with a dc, turn.

Row 2: ch 3 (counts as a dc), V stitch in each ch-2 space from the previous row across, dc in top of turning chain.

Repeat row 2 until you reached desired length.
